Started Parkour and Freerunning in 2011. Joined Egyflow team in 2012. Went to London in 2013 for the second time in my life but this time as a freerunner and learned a lot from training with the community there. In 2014 and 2015 my team hosted Parkour workshops in Cairo delivered by ParkourOne coaches from Switzerland and Germany exposing me to the real discipline that we call Parkour. In Nov 2015 took 4th Place in the first Wild Khaleeji a Freerunning competition involving athletes from all over the Middle East and North Africa. In 2016 I took part in a workshop organised by Inspire Tour with Daniel Illbaca. In 2017 my team hosted another workshop in Cairo delivered by Pedro Phosky.
