How did you start training and how often do you train every week?
I started in a really strange way… Hmm I was a footballer and I had passion for football… I was pretty good in my neighbourhood I can say hehe. But after some time I got bored of all these basic sports like football, basketball, volley and all these things  that the media is featuring all the time. So I found a guy in my neighbourhood who was jumping and doing crazy stuff, I asked him what was this thing he was doing, he said it’s called “ Parkour “.

After that I asked him if I could go with him and start doing this hobby. So I started this way… Parkour/Freerunning became my life, I can’t really live without them. I am also practicing on Tricking, Acrostreet, Bboying, Street Workout and swing flipping. How often I am training every week? I think I will answer with a question, how often do you eat every week? Meaning : “ Everybody needs food to live right? I feel the same way about Freerunning. I do it not because I must to, but because it makes my life full – DK “

What’s the craziest story that happened to you while training?
My craziest story? I don’t really think something crazy happened to me haha.

What are your top 3 favourite parkour videos?
My top 3 favorite Parkour videos are :

1. Paulo “PV” Freitas..do it for Jesus.

2. Zyulev Alexander – Memory of Move

3. Cherepko Semen – Beefing Up *(and all his vids)

You recently competed in the Art Of Motion in Santorini, what was it like?
Well I was like… DOPE ! I felt so good, I firstly had to pass from the qualifiers, I competed there, passed as the Greek Wildcard but with the points I took, I got the 3rd place there. After that I went to the Semi Finals, it was my first time in a worldwide Freerunning competition, so I was a little bit nervous. But before I went to Santorini I asked Paulo Victor Freitas about his last year experience, and he told me : “ Just go there and have fun bro, that’s the most basic part, don’t go to win or think about it” And that’s what I did, I went there to have fun and so my nervousness disappeared when I started my first run.

Everything went perfect, I couldn’t believe that I passed to the finals and I was the only Greek guy ever to do it. The only problem was that I didn’t believed I could make it to the finals beforehand… So I didn’t organized my 2nd run. And it was like… yeah totally failed xD The 7th place is great for me for the first time. I am glad that I could compete. And if everything goes right , next year I will be invited directly to the finals .

How did you find getting to train with all the international athletes visiting you home country?
It was a great experience to train with all these amazing athletes and friends, I am glad I got to know them and train with them. They are all inspiration to me, I am training everyday using their tricks, hahaha just kidding. I really love to watch them moving even if it is Live or from Videos. One of my dreams is to be able to train with these guys usually not just once every year… But my country’s economic don’t really let me do it. But still trying hard!!
