Alexandr Gisych, otherwise known as “Shade”, is a freerunner from Zlatoust, Russia.
Shade is well known for his creative style of movement as well as his popular Youtube channel which he updates regularly.
Just over a year ago, he suffered a major setback when he tore his Achilles.
Shade has dedicated this past year to recovery and is now back to doing what he loves most.
He is now moving at full power again and its amazing to see!
